Refund policy

No Returns – Custom Products
All products sold on Fun Personal Plate are custom-made according to the customer’s specifications. For this reason, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted once an order has been placed.

Order Errors
If the delivered product does not match the details you provided during the order (e.g., production mistake on our side), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@funpersonalplate.be with clear photos. If the error is confirmed, we will produce and ship a replacement at no extra cost.

Damage During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement if applicable.
