3. Custom Products
All products are custom-made based on the details you provide. Please verify all text, spelling, and design choices before confirming your order. Fun Personal Plate is not responsible for customer-provided errors.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT. Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers. Orders are only produced after full payment.

5. Shipping
We ship exclusively through Mondial Relay. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

6. No Return Policy
Due to the personalized nature of all products, returns and refunds are not accepted except in cases of confirmed production error or transport damage.

7. Intellectual Property
All website content, designs, and product images are owned by Fun Personal Plate and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Fun Personal Plate shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or products.
